Request an exchange or refund:

We have a 14-day return/exchange window for all items.
  1. Please contact our customer support team at stating if you would like a refund or exchange.
  2. Please include your full name and order number in the email.
  3. If you would like an exchange, include the changes you would like made to your order.
  4. After receiving an email from us, please send the package with filled withdrawal form to:

Return conditions:

Exchange requests can only be made for the same item and color but in different/same sizes.
If your exchange request is unavailable due to stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Items must be unwashed.
  • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, deodorant, etc will not be accepted
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

We will refund your order to the original payment method/exchange your order for the product(s) you have chosen once it has been processed at our warehouse. 

You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot exchange/refund lost returns.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges/returns.
