Request a refund:

We have a 30-day return/exchange window for all items.
  1. Please contact our customer support team at stating that you would like a refund.
  2. Please include your full name, order number and IBAN in the email.
  3. Please send the package with filled withdrawal form to:

Can I have an exchange instead of refund?
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
Return conditions:
  • Items must be unwashed.
  • Items with strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, deodorant, etc will not be accepted
  • Items covered in animal/human hair are subject to denial.

We will refund your order to the original payment method/exchange your order for the product(s) you have chosen once it has been processed at our warehouse. 

You will be responsible for all costs and charges associated with returning your order. We recommend you return your order via a tracked shipping method, or request a proof of postage receipt, as we cannot refund lost returns.

Please note we are not responsible for paying any customs charges (import duty or tax) on any exchanges/returns.
